The Intentional Organization Design course is highly interactive and based on experiential learning and collaboration. Successful organizations must become increasingly agile as the pace of change in the business environment accelerates. This course is based on the principles of systems thinking and includes the connections between structures, behaviors, process, and technology. By reframing the role of the leader to that of a coach, Intentional Organization Design operationalizes these principles through mindsets, skill sets, and tool sets. The course:
- Incorporates concepts from participatory design, appreciative inquiry, and human centered decision making
- Balances the social and technical aspects of an organization
- Prioritizes mindfulness and perspective in strategy to create emerging opportunities
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
