Brendon is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Coach, currently working as the Administrative Director for Facilities Planning at Michigan Medicine. Brendon oversees Facilities Continuous Improvement efforts and helps guide Lean Facility Design Planning on renovation projects across the enterprise. In total, he has over seventeen years of experience working within the Healthcare Industry, designing lean deployment models, implementing lean systems, and leading improvement and design teams in many different areas across the organizations. Prior to his work in Quality Improvement, Brendon was a Human Resources Professional within the St. John Health System in Warren, Michigan. He has a BBA & MBA from Walsh College and currently lives in Canton, Michigan with his wife and three children.
